Celongo is an online publishing and discovery platform that hosts pages for independent travel providers (each a “Client”). For example, abc.celongo.com is operated and managed by the Client “ABC”, and all content on that sub-site is provided by that Client.
We are not a tour operator or travel agency for those services. Information about packages, pricing, availability, policies, photos, contact details, and any promotions is supplied by Clients and displayed “as provided”. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability of any Client offerings.
When you communicate or transact with a Client (e.g., via WhatsApp, phone, email, or an external booking/payments link), your contract is directly with that Client, not with Celongo.
We do not: operate tours, guarantee prices/availability, collect traveler documents, or handle customer funds for Client services (unless explicitly stated on a specific page).
Bookings and payments, if any, are processed by the relevant Client or their chosen provider. Celongo is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for invoicing, payment disputes, chargebacks, taxes, or receipts unless explicitly indicated on a given page.
Before paying, please review the Client’s terms, inclusions/exclusions, and any additional third-party fees. If a booking link takes you to an external site, that site’s terms apply.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are set by each Client and may vary by package. The policy shown on a Client’s page or provided by the Client directly will govern your booking.
Please contact the Client for any booking changes or refund requests. Celongo may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication but is not responsible for outcomes or refunds.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry, visa, health, and insurance requirements. Adventure activities involve inherent risks—follow the Client’s safety instructions and assess your own fitness and suitability.
The website and all information are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celongo and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from or related to Client services, third-party links, or your reliance on content displayed on the site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celongo from claims or demands arising from your use of the website, your interactions with Clients, or your breach of these terms.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rights to the content they publish on their pages. If you believe content infringes your rights or is unlawful, please email info@celongo.com with the URL and details; we may remove or disable access where appropriate.
Please review ourPrivacy Policy. Clients may operate their own privacy policies for their sub-sites and external booking pages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes with Clients should be addressed directly with the Client under their terms. Disputes relating to your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
